ORDER
Joint compromise memo is filed in this case stating
that, as requested, Respondent-Bank sanctioned OTS for a sum
Rs.1 crore after taking into account the sale price realised on the
auction sale of the secured property. Appellants paid the balance amount of Rs.30 lakhs on 10.06.2026. Therefore, this memo is filed for withdrawal of this appeal.
Tribunal and filing of the joint compromise memo, this appeal is dismissed as settled out of the Tribunal. Parties shall bear their
own costs. Pending IAs, if any, shall stand closed.
