There is no representation for the Appellants despite repeated calls.
The order sheet of the Ld. Registrar dated 24.04.2026 would reflect that the Appellants have failed to make the pre-deposit.
Hence, the appeal is rejected for non-compliance of the statutory provision of pre-deposit.
At this stage, the Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that Writ Petition No. 4453/2026 filed by the Appellants before the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad, has also been disposed of as infructuous, since possession of the secured asset has already been taken by the Respondent Bank.
Accordingly, Misc. Appeal Diary No. 732/2026 is dismissed for non-compliance.
