At the very outset adjournment is sought by the learned

counsel for respondent on the personal ground of the arguing counsel.

However, learned counsel for appellant has placed on record the order of the Hon’ble High Court of Telangana at Hyderabad in Writ Petition No. 37868 of 2025 passed on 10.12.2025 whereby Hon’ble High Court has set aside the order of the stay of operation of the impugned order passed by this Appellate Tribunal. Learned counsel submits that nothing remains in this

appeal. Matter may be remanded back to learned DRT for deciding the S.A. expeditiously.

Accordingly, on the basis of the submission made by the learned counsel for appellant, appeal is liable to be disposed of with the direction to the learned DRT to decide the S.A. expeditiously.
