This Transfer Petition is filed seeking transfer of SA

No.125/2014, pending on the file of DRT, Coimbatore to any other DRT. Reason is that the incumbent Presiding Officer was earlier appearing for the Petitioners in another case pending before DRAT, Chennai.

Learned Counsel for Petitioners prefers that this matter may be transferred to any of the DRTs at Chennai.

For the above reasons, SA No.125/2014 pending on the file of DRT, Coimbatore is transferred to DRT-III, Chennai.

The DRT, Coimbatore is directed to send all the

documents with proper index to DRT-III, Chennai, within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receipt of the documents in SA No.125/2014, Learned Presiding Officer, DRT-III, Chennai, shall decide SA

No.125/2014, on merits and in accordance with law, after

giving opportunity to both parties, as expeditiously as possible.

In the result : Application in T.P:9/2025 is allowed.
