These matters are coming up today for reporting compliance of statutory deposit.

This Tribunal, vide its order dated 21.08.2025, directed the petitioners/appellants to make pre-deposit of 40% of Rs.1,55,80,214/- within a period of four weeks from 21.08.2025 and the said period of four weeks had expired on 18.09.2025 and the matters were posted to 22.09.2025 for reporting compliance.

When the matters are taken up today, it is reported by the Office that pre-deposit, as ordered by this Tribunal on 21.08.2025, is not complied with.

Under the said circumstances, the applications in IA 163/2025 (Waiver) & IA 141/2025 are dismissed for non compliance
