This Hon’ble Tribunal vide order dated 18.07.2025 had directed the Appellant to deposit deficit Court fee of Rs 29750/- within the stipulated period failing which the appeal shall be treated to have been dismissed without further reference to the Court.
As per office report dated 11.09.2025 no court fee has been deposited by the Appellant till date. Thus the present Appeal is treated to have been dismissed in view of order dated 18.07.2025 passed by this Hon’ble Tribunal.
