The appeal arises from the order dated 19.12.2018 in Interlocutory Application No. 1403/2018 (I.A.) in Securitisation Application No. 614/2018 (S.A.) on the files of the Debt Recovery Tribunal-II, Mumbai (D.R.T.). Protection was granted to the applicant in the S.A. from being dispossessed from the secured assets. Aggrieved by that, the respondent bank is in appeal.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the respondent bank submits that the appeal may be disposed of with the direction to the D.R.T. to dispose of the S.A. as expeditiously as possible.
Hence, the appeal is disposed of with the direction that the S.A. No. 614/2018 on the files of the D.R.T.-II, Mumbai be disposed of as expeditiously as possible at any rate within three months from the date of receipt of this order.
It is made clear that this Tribunal has not gone into the merits of the contentions raised.
