This application is filed for withdrawing the Appeal RA (SA) 112/2024 and seeking refund of pre-deposit.

It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for petitioners that petitioners deposited a sum of Rs.9,98,414/- at the time of entertaining this appeal. Now petitioners have reached an One Time Settlement for Rs.14,40,000/- with respondent institution. Thus, petitioners sought for withdrawal of this appeal and refund of pre-deposit amount to the respondent institution, i.e., SMFG India Credit Company Limited.

Ld. Counsel for R1 and R2 has no objection for allowing this application.

In the circumstances stated by the counsel appearing for the petitioners, this IA 528/2025 (Withdrawal and Pre-deposit Release) is allowed and Appeal RA (SA) 112/2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Registry is directed to refund the amount of Rs.9,98,414/- with accrued interest, if any, immediately, in favour of the respondent institution, i.e., SMFG India Credit Company Limited.
