Raj Kumar Dewangan & 4 Ors. Vs IIFL Home Finance Limited
The Hon’ble Court vide order dated 15.04.2025 directed the Appellant to deposit 25%of the amount due to prior to the next date fixed i.e.11.08.2025, the Appeal shall stand dismissed as not maintainable for want of mandatory pre- deposit without further reference to the Hon’ble Court.
As per office report dated 08.08.2025, No amount has been deposited by the Appellant till date, as stipulated by the Hon’ble Court.
In view of noncompliance of the above order dated 15.04.2025 passed by the Hon’ble Court, the Appeal is treated to have been dismissed.
