The Hon’ble Court vide order dated 22.08.2025 directed the Appellant to deposit 25% of the amount within the stipulated period for want of mandatory pre- deposit. It is further ordered that if the amount has not been deposited within stipulated period the appeal shall be treated to have been dismissed as not maintainable for want of mandatory pre-deposit without further reference to the Court.
As per office report dated 01.09.2025 No amount has been deposited by the Appellant till date, as stipulated by the Hon’ble Court.
In view of non compliance of the above order dated 22.08.2025 passed by the Hon’ble Court, the Appeal is treated to have been dismissed.
