Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the correction application being M.A. No. 13/2025.
The present application has been filed by the applicant stating therein that the applicant had deposited Rs. 8,25,000/- before this Tribunal, but inadvertently, the same has been transcribed in the order dated 05.02.2025 of this Appellate Tribunal as Rs. 82,500/-, therefore, the same may be corrected accordingly.
As per the record, the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant is correct, therefore, the aforesaid misc. application is allowed and the amount mentioned as Rs. 82,500/- in the second para of the order dated 05.02.2025 of this Appellate Tribunal be read as Rs. 8,25,000/. This order shall be read conjointly with the order dated 05.02.2025 of this Appellate Tribunal.
