The amount lying in deposit together with accrued interest has been transferred to the Recovery Officer, Debt Recovery Tribunal-III, Mumbai (D.R.T.) but the letter addressed by the registry states as thus “You hereby requested the said amount may be kept in interest bearing FDR and directed not to appropriate/release the amount till the disposal/further order in Appeal No. 124/2011”
It is observed that Appeal No. 124/2011 is already disposed of and hence, said direction was not called for and hence, removed.
The Ld. Recovery Officer is at liberty to take appropriate steps concerning the said amount.
Hence, the M.A. is disposed of as withdrawn
