Le.iained Counsel for Petitioners/Appellants •submitted that in an Appeal filed by Respondent Institution in MA 204./2024, Learned Chairperson, DRAT, Mumbai passed an order to- dispose of the IA 1902/2024 on its merits as expeditiously as ■possible at any rate within one month, arid if possible, the SA shall also be considered together for disposal. Thereafter, this time was. extended in an order passed on 24.01.2025, for a further period of two months' considering the fact that .there was no Presiding Officer in DRT. That two
