This Miscellaneous Application is filed under Section 17(6) of

SARFAESI Act seeking a direction for a speedy disposal of SA No.630/2024 on the file of DRT-III, Chennai.

Ld. Counsel for applicant is present.

630/2024 challenging the possession notice is pending in SA 75/2024.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that no sale has

taken place in pursuance of the sale notice, and nothing survives in the SA.

In the circumstances stated by the learned counsel for the

parties and that no sale has been taken place, there is nothing to be adjudicated in the SA 630/2024.

That apart, more than 3500 cases are pending before DRT-

III, Chennai It is seen that this SA No.630/2024 is of the year 2024. Therefore, no specific time frame can be fixed for disposal of the SA.

However, considering the submission of Ld. Counsel for the

applicant , Ld. Presiding Officer, DRT-III, Chennai is directed to dispose of SA No.630/2024 as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly Miscellaneous Application No.23/2025 in AIR (SA)

763/20245 is disposed of, with the above observation and direction. Parties are directed to bear their own costs.
