THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Heard the Learned Counsel for the parties.
Instant appeal has been preferred against 26.7.2024 passed by DRT-II, Kolkata wherein a direction was issued to the Bank to initiate steps to repair the damaged facade of the building under their occupation.
Feeling aggrieved Bank preferred the appeal.
Today, Learned Counsel for Appellant, Mr. Anirban Pramanick, submits that compliance of the order of the DRT has been made by the Bank. He also brought on record the instruction received through e-mail wherein it was informed that Bank has already completed the repair work within the time schedule.

In such circumstances, the appeal become infructuous and is dismissed as infructuous.
Copy of the order be supplied to Appellant and the Respondent Bank and a copy be also forwarded to the concerned DRT.
File be consigned to Record room.
