When the matter is taken up, it is reported by the representing counsel for petitioners that the second limb of the conditional order passed on 27.12.2024, has not been complied with and that an extension application is filed.
However, petitioners had already been granted extension of time for paying this amount vide order dated 27.01.2025, passed by this Tribunal.
Therefore, in view of non-compliance, despite giving extension of time, this IA 560/2024 (Waiver) is dismissed, resulting in rejection of the Appeal AIR (SA) 1068/2024.
