ORDER
When the matter was taken up on 07.03.2025, there was no representation for the appellant. Therefore, the matter was posted today for effecting paper publication for R2 and R4 and it was also recorded that failure to do the same would result in dismissal of the appeal.
Even today, there is no representation for the appellant. Paper publication is also not filed. Ld. Counsel for R1 is present through VC.
