THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

In view of the order of the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta passed on 23.09.2024 in CO No. 3383 of 2024 and since application u/s 5 Limitation Act has been allowed, appeal has to be heard on merits. Hence, Misc. Appeal Dy. No. 1005 of 2024 is allowed. Appeal Dy. No. 376 of 2024 is restored to its number.
