When the matter was taken up on 04.04.2025, Ld. Counsel for petitioners, Mr.S.Rajesh, appeared through VC and submitted that the matter had been settled with the bank and wanted to withdraw this waiver application and the appeal. Ld. Counsel for petitioners was directed to send an email with regard to the said withdrawal. A mail was sent at 3.47 PM to the Registry, DRAT, indicating an incorrect AIR number. Therefore, this matter is posted today for filing a withdrawal memo.

When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioners.

In the light of the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioners on 04.04.2025, that the matter had been settled with the bank and also that petitioner does not want to pursue this application and appeal, IA 326/2024 (waiver) is dismissed for non-prosecution, resulting in rejection of the appeal AIR 528/2024.
