Vaibhav Chaturvedi Vs HDFC Bank & Ors.
The Hon’ble Court vide order dated 29.05.2024, Appellant is directed to deposit the deficit Court fee of Rs 29,750/- due by the next date fixed i.e. 08.07.2024, failing which, the appeal shall stand automatically dismissed for want to Court fee without further reference to this Court.
As per office report dated 08.07.2024, No Court fee has been deposited by the Appellant till date, as stipulated by the Hon’ble Court.
In view of non compliance of the above order dated 29.05.2024, passed by the Hon’ble Court, the Appeal stands dismissed for want of Court fee.
