Ms. Maya Nagarajan, Chief General Manager, Indian Bank, appeared today. She is enquired. She represented that departmental action against the concerned Official has already been initiated and copies will be submitted soon. In view of the same, her presence is no more required.
Learned Senior Advocate for Applicant sought permission to withdraw this Petition and made an endorsement to that effect on the Petition.
In view of the same, permission is accorded, and expenses incurred for filing this Petition including legal expenses of Advocate Fees, has to be borne by Bank without taxing to borrowers. .
