Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the modification application.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that vide order dated 18.10.2024 of this Appellate Tribunal, the interim application filed by the applicant in the S.A. was directed to be decided by the Tribunal below within four months, that will expire on 17.02.2025, which is too long, therefore, the said order may be modified by directing the Tribunal below to decide the said interim application either on the next date fixed or within a week thereafter.
In view of the above, the modification application is allowed and the order of this Tribunal dated 18.10.2024 stands modified to the extent that the Tribunal below shall decide the aforesaid interim application filed in the pending S.A. either on the next date fixed or within a week thereafter.
