Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the present misc. application, therefore, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. Learned counsel for the applicant further contends that the applicant had deposited Rs. 2,88,761/- towards pre-deposit for maintaining the appeal. It is therefore, prayed that the amount deposited by the applicant may be released in favour of the applicant.
In view of the above, the present misc. application is dismissed as withdrawn and the amount deposited towards pre-deposit along with interest accrued thereupon is directed to be released in favour of the applicant within fortnight from today, if there is no other legal impediment for the same.
