Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the application for release of amount.
Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant had deposited a sum of Rs. 4.00 lacs towards pre-deposit for maintaining the appeal. It is further contended that the present appeal has finally been decided by this Tribunal. It is, therefore, prayed that the amount deposited by the applicant may be released in favour of Sunil Kumar Mishra, who is proprietor of the Kanchan Traders.
In view of the above, the application for release of amount is allowed and the aforesaid amount along with interest accrued thereupon is directed to be released in favour of Sunil Kumar Mishra , who is proprietor of the Kanchan Traders, within fortnight from today, if there is no other legal impediment for the same.
