Present: Shri Sandeep Arora, counsel for the appellant,
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the present appeal has been filed against an interim order, therefore, the appellant may be permitted to raise all the issues as raised in the present appeal before the Tribunal below and accordingly, the appeal may be disposed off.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the present appeal stands disposed off with liberty to the appellant to raise his grievance as desired before the Tribunal below, who may consider and decide the same in accordance with law at the earliest.
