Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.

The present appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the interim order dated 12.03.2024 passed by the Tribunal below in S.A. No. 1039/2023, whereby the interim application for granting of stay regarding dispossession has been rejected.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he is ready to deposit entire amount due within two months. Learned counsel has further drawn attention of this court to the page no. 157 of the paper book and contends that the notice dated 20.03.2024 under section 14 of the SARFAESI Act was issued for taking possession of the property in question on 28.03.2024, which has now been extended to 22.04.2024, therefore it is prayed that his interest may be protected in the interregnum.

Learned counsel for the appellant further submits that he shall file appropriate^{applicationon18.04.2024 forredressalofhis} grievances before the Tribunal below. If such application is filed within the stipulated period, the Tribunal below is directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law by^{22.04.2024andpass appropriate order.Ifanydateis} fixed prior to^{22.04.2024, appropriate orderontheinterim} contdvdH on that date application filed by the appellant may be by the Tribunal below, ao a las.
