Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the urgency application being I.A. No. 923/2024 as well as the withdrawal application being I.A. No. 924/2024.
Since the matter has been taken up today, therefore the urgency application being I.A. No. 923/2024 has become infructuous and is disposed off as such.
It has been stated by the learned counsel for the applicant in the withdrawal application that he wants to withdraw the present transfer application.
In view of the above, the withdrawal application is allowed. Consequently, the transfer application is dismissed as withdrawn.
