As per the report of the Registry, an amount of Rs.16,65,000/- was deposited by the Appellant as pre deposit on 18.04.2023. Since Appeal has already been decided, let the amount of pre-deposit be refunded to the Appellant in accordance with Rules. Respondents are represented through Mr. S.
