The applicants/respondents have filed this application for a refund of the amount lying as a pre-deposit. The appeals have been disposed of and notice has been given to the appellants who have no objection. The applications are allowed and the amount lying in the deposit together with the accrued interest shall be released to the 1st respondent bank in the appeals on proper acknowledgement.
