This is a Miscellaneous Application filed u/s 17-A of the RDB Act for disposal of T.S.A. No.8/2024 expeditiously by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Mumbai (D.R.T). Notice has been served upon the respondent. The Presiding Officer in D.R.T.-I has not yet been appointed and the Tribunal is lying vacant. The charge of the Tribunal is now with D.R.T.-III who is also burdened with the work of D.R.T.II and therefore, there cannot be any order passed for expeditious disposal of the application or the S.A. before the D.R.T.-I. The appellant is given liberty to move an appropriate application to expedite the hearing of application for stay if it is necessary and the same shall be disposed of on its merits.
With these observations, this Miscellaneous Application stands disposed.
