The matter is taken up for hearing by way of a praecipe filed by the applicants for seeking urgent relief.

This is an application filed by the applicants for return of the predeposit amount lying in the deposit before this Tribunal. 2. The notice has been served and the Ld. Counsel for the respondent ARC appeared and it is submitted that after the filing of this application for withdrawal of the amount, the parties have come to a settlement whereby it is agreed that the amount lying in deposit together with accrued interest be released to the respondent.

Appellant No. 3, Mr Harjinder Singh Saini, is present in person, and the Ld. Counsel for the appellants submitted under instructions. Hence, the Misc. Application is disposed of with a direction to release the amount in deposit together with accrued interest to the respondent ARC on proper acknowledgment. The amount is being adjusted towards the first instalment due to the respondent in accordance with the settlement.
