Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.
Learned counsel for the applicant has filed the present misc. application for direction to the Presiding Officer, DRT, Lucknow to decide the S.A. No. 120/2022 within the time as stipulated by this Tribunal.
In view of the above, the present application stands disposed off with direction upon the Tribunal below to consider and decide the S.A.
