I have gone through the record. This application is for direction for expeditious disposal of the case pending before the Learned DRT, Visakhapatnam. Keeping in view the prayer made in the application, request for adjournment is declined.

Appellant would submit that still the matter is pending for publication of notice on Respondent No. 3.

I have considered the submission and perused the record. The request appears to be innocuous. Accordingly, Misc. Application No. 06 of 2023 (Diary No. 491 of 2023) is allowed with a direction to the Learned DRT Visakhapatnam to make effective hearing on the date fixed and decide the S.A. expeditiously.

Copy of the order be supplied to Appellant and the Respondents and a copy be also forwarded to the concerned DRT.
