The appellants are before this Tribunal seeking an extension of time to pay the 3rd instalment of ₹ 1.20 crores of pre-deposit payable on or before 18.12.2024. The reason for the delay in payment is attributed to the negotiations allegedly going on with the bank to settle the entire dues.
The last instalment is now due, and the appellants sought an extension of time by one week to pay the amount. Considering the fact that the appellants have earnestly attempted to pay the amount, time granted

for payment of the instalment is extended by a week i.e. till 26.12.2024. It is made clear that there will be no further extension of time and the appeal shall stand dismissed if the amount is not paid. List on 30.12.2024 for reporting compliance of the payment. Interim order shall continue till the next date of hearing.
