The matter is taken up for hearing by way of a praecipe filed by the appellants for seeking urgent relief.
The appellants have filed this application for amendment of the appeal memorandum to bring the auction purchaser as an additional respondent on record.
The respondent bank has no objection to this application being allowed.
The auction purchaser is already in possession of the property and therefore, he is the necessary party in this appeal. Hence, the application is allowed. Carry out the consequential amendment. List on 23.08.2024 before the Registrar for carrying out the amendment.
