I.A. No. 336/2024 and 337/2024 are applications for condonation of delay in filing these appeals. The service is complete on Respondent No.1 the main contesting party.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the bank submits that no written reply is being filed on applications for condonation of delay. The applications are heard. The reasons stated for the delay of 101 days in filing these appeals have been properly explained and hence, the applications are allowed and the appeals shall be taken on file if there are no other defects to be cured.
