This is an application for condoning the delay of four days in filing this appeal challenging the order dated 30.08.2023 dismissing S.A. No. 76/2023 by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Aurangabad (D.R.T). The appellants are aggrieved and hence, in appeal.
There is only a delay of four days in filing this appeal. The Ld. Counsel appearing for the respondent bank has vehemently opposed this application stating that grounds are not sufficient and it is also pointed out that the appeal itself is not maintainable.
