The Ld. Counsel proposing to appear for the 1st respondent sought time to file a Vakaltnama and the reply on I.A. No. 325/2024 which is an application for condonation of delay.
Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Ld. Counsel seeks further time to file a Vakaltnama stating that there was difficulty in getting the Vakaltnama and reply from the Sangli
The application for condonation of delay is only to condone the 3-day delay in filing this appeal.
I find that the reason for the delay has been explained and hence, the application is allowed and the appeal shall be taken on file if there are no other defects to be cured.
