This Appeal is filed with a delay of three days, and I.A. No.282/2023 is filed for condoning that delay. The respondents have no objection to condoning the delay. The reasons for the delay have been explained in the application. It is acceptable. Hence, the application is allowed and the delay of three days in filing the appeal stands condoned. The reply shall be filed in the main appeal by the respondents.
This is an appeal preferred from an interlocutory order in the O.A. The O.A. is still pending and hence, there is no pre-deposit required to be made u/s 21 of the RDB Act. The appeal shall be taken on file in case there are no defects to be cured.
