The Ld. Counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that an appeal was filed challenging the interlocutory order declining to grant protection about taking over possession of the secured assets after filing this appeal.
The possession has already been taken over by the respondent bank and hence, this appeal has become infructuous since the S.A. has already been heard by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Pune (D.R.T). Hence, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
