The appeal was directed to be taken on file subject to curing defects vide order dated 02.01.2024 and the matter came up for consideration before the Ld. Registrar. Despite the posting of the matter on several dates, the defects were not cured. The Ld. Registrar declined to register the appeal vide order dated 08.08.2024.
The appellants have now filed the Chamber Appeal for restoration. The notice has been served on the other sides but none appeared.
Hence, the application is allowed and the defects are directed to be cured within a week.
