Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the S.A. has been dismissed on the ground that the Bank was unable to prove the service of possession notice, therefore, he wants to proceed afresh. Hence, the present appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
