An application has been moved by the learned counsel for the appellant stating therein that he does not want to press the present appeal, therefore, he prays that the same may be dismissed as not pressed and the amount deposited towards pre-deposit may also be directed to be released in favour of “Chhaya Jain”, who is proprietor of the appellant-firm.
In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed directing the registry of this Appellate Tribunal to the release the amount deposited towards pre-deposit along with interest accrued thereupon in favour of “Chhaya Jain”, who is proprietor of the appellant-firm, in case there is no legal impediment for the same.
