This Restoration Petition being MA Dy.No.682 of 2022 was filed by Ld. Counsel Mr. M. Narasimha Rao on behalf of Appellant on 06/12/2022 with a request that the Appeal Dy. No. 497/2022 followed by pre deposit waiver application IA/336/2022 may be restored. Affidavit of service was filed along with the application on 06/12/2022. On verification it was found that service upon Respondent No. 1, 2& 4 were effectively delivered.
