Shri Sandeep Arora, Ld. Counsel for the appellant is present and paid Rs. 50/- through Bharat Kosh towards deficit court fee. For deficiency of court fees Ld. Counsel stated that there are no requirement of court fee of Rs. 49,800/- because this appeal is filed against Misc. Application and Rs. 250/- as a court fees deposit in Tribunal below and same fee has to be paid in this court.
