THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

Misc. Application Dy. No. 680 of 2023 Application by the Appellant for direction to the Presiding Officer DRT Cuttack for compliance of the order dated 12.09.2023.
Vide order dated 12.09.2023 Presiding Officer DRT Cuttack was directed to decide SA. No. 50 of 2021 within 10 days from the date of copy of this order is received. Thereafter, further 15 days time was granted vide letter dated 27.09.2023 which will expire on 12th October, 2023.
List on 16th October, 2023. In the meantime, Registry should call for a report from the concerned DRT Cuttack about the status of SA No. 50 of 2021.
