Application fee of Rs.250/- vide Transaction Ref. No. 1811230022275 dt. 18/11/2023 has been paid online along with the application. One put up petition being I.A. No. 439 of 2023 is filed through online on 18/11/2023 and hard copy on 20/11/2023 with application fee of Rs.250/vide Transaction Ref. ID 1811230022923 dated 18/11/2023.

Both the Misc. Application and put up petition has been received by Ld. Counsel Mr. Nemani Srinivas appearing for Appellant in Appeal No. 80 of 2022 and receiving signature has been endorsed on the face of the applications.

Vide order dated 29/09/2023 passed by Hon’ble Chairperson in Appeal No. 80 of 2022 was allowed.
