THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

This application is for expeditious disposal of the case pending before the Learned DRT-III, Kolkata.
Learned Counsel for Applicant submits that there is an interim order restraining the Bank from issuing sale notice which was passed in December, 2021. Bank is suffering due to the said order.
No Presiding Officer is posted in DRT-III since August, 2022. All the urgent matters are being taken up by the Presiding Officer, DRT-I, Kolkata hence direction, at this juncture, could not be issued.
Accordingly, the application, being Misc. Application Diary No. 219 of 2023, is dismissed. However, if the Applicant Bank has any grievance or there is any urgency, he can move an application before the Link Officer, i.e. Presiding Officer, DRT-I, Kolkata, who may decide the matter looking into the urgency, if any.
File be consigned to Record room.
