Present: Shri Raj Kumar Tiwari, counsel for the appellants, Shri P. K. Srivastava, counsel for the respondent-Bank,
Heard the learned counsels for the parties on the restoration application.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that he has no objection to the ground taken in the application for restoring the appeal to its original number.
In view of the above, the application is allowed and the appeal is directed to be restored to its original number.
Learned counsel for the appellant contends that he shall again serve the copy of appeal within 48 hours upon the counsel for the respondent-Bank, who has now been engaged.
List this case on 25.04.2023 for reply.
