The Applicant has filed this application for transfer of S.A. No. 164/2019 on the files of Debts Recovery Tribunal–II, Mumbai (D.R.T) to Debts Recovery Tribunal – I, (D.R.T) in view of the fact that there are two other S.A. is pending for consideration before that D.R.T.
Notice has been served on the opposite side and there is no written objection forthcoming.
I find that the reasons for the transfer are acceptable.
Hence, the application is allowed and S.A. No. 164/2019 on the files of D.R.T- II, Mumbai shall stand transferred to D.R.T- I, Mumbai.
